Privacy Policy

Your camera stays on your device. Subway Cardio analyzes movement on-device so you can control the game with your body. Camera frames are not uploaded to us.

What the app processes
Subway Cardio uses the front camera to estimate body pose and recognize lane changes, jumps, and ducks. This processing happens locally on your phone or tablet. We do not receive or store your live camera feed.
If you explicitly enable a diagnostic session recording, that recording is saved only on your device for local playback and troubleshooting. You can delete recordings in the app. Removing the app also removes its local recordings and settings.
Data stored on your device
Workout progress, stage state, audio preferences, calibration, consent choices, and diagnostic recordings are stored locally. Subway Cardio does not require an account.
Advertising and service providers
Subway Cardio is free and supported by ads shown during breath breaks. Google AdMob and RevenueCat Ads may process pseudonymous device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad impressions and interactions, consent choices, app interactions, and diagnostics to deliver, measure, prevent fraud in, and improve ads. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies and by the choices available to you in the app and your device settings.
Sharing and sale
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with the service providers described above as needed to operate and fund the app, or when required by law.
Your choices
You can revisit advertising consent where available, limit ad tracking in your device settings, delete local diagnostic recordings, or uninstall the app to remove its local data. Regional privacy rights may also apply to data handled by our advertising providers.
Data deletion requests
Subway Cardio does not require an account. To delete workout settings or diagnostic recordings stored on your device, use the recording controls in the app where available, or uninstall Subway Cardio to remove all of its local app data.
To request deletion of pseudonymous data associated with Subway Cardio and handled for us by RevenueCat, or to make any other privacy deletion request:
- Email subwaycardio@accelerate.sa with the subject Subway Cardio data deletion.
- Tell us the device platform you used and include any anonymous app user identifier shown by the app or previously provided by support. Do not send camera recordings.
- We will confirm the request and delete or anonymize data we control, including the associated RevenueCat customer record where identifiable, within 30 days.
We do not possess your camera feed, pose frames, or locally stored workout and diagnostic data, so those must be removed on your device as described above. We may retain only the minimum support correspondence needed to document completion of the request for up to 90 days, or limited records for longer when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory obligations. AdMob and other independent service providers may retain data under their own published policies and device-level privacy controls.
Children
Subway Cardio is designed for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum digital-consent age in their region.
Changes
We may update this policy as the app changes. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
